I had a mixed experience with the substitutions. A few of the swaps worked out fine and were reasonable, but others didn’t make much sense for what I’d ordered. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely wish the replacements had been chosen a bit more carefully.

"The More Card does make the shop feel a bit better"
I’ve been using morrisons.com a lot more recently, not even for any big reason, I think I just got into the habit. The More Card has actually been handy though. Sometimes it’s just a few bits here and there, but it’s usually on things I was going to buy anyway, which is the bit that makes it feel worthwhile. Checkout is easy too, I don’t have to faff around with anything. It’s not like you’re saving a fortune every single time, but then you notice it adding up over the weekly shops and think, yeah, okay, that’s decent. Always nice to get a little something back.

"Pleasantly surprised after giving it a try"
I was a bit unsure about using the app for my weekly shopping, but it’s been fine most weeks. Ordering is mostly straightforward and I’m relieved it hasn’t been a hassle. The only thing is checkout can be a little slow sometimes, but overall it does the job

The prices are decent most of the time, so I feel like it’s a good value overall. The only thing is the delivery fees can add up sometimes, which is a little annoying.

"Payment page is a mess"
The checkout kept freezing when I got to payment , and then my card was declined twice even though there was nothing wrong with my bank . I ended up having to rebuild my basket from scratch , and by then the delivery slots I wanted had gone . Really frustrating , I don’t think I’ll bother next time .

I’ve been using Morrisons online a bit more recently, mainly because the prices seem good compared to where I was shopping before. A lot of the everyday stuff I buy each week has been cheaper, and I like that the offers are easy to notice without having to dig around.

The delivery was fine as well, no real complaints there. The biggest thing for me is just seeing the total at checkout and not getting that horrible surprise at the end. Has anyone else found their weekly shop comes out cheaper with Morrisons too, or is it just the items I tend to buy?

"Deals are fine, when they actually let you use them"
The discounts can be decent sometimes, but it’s frustrating. Half the promos I actually want are already gone by the time I try to use them, and that feels like poor planning on their part. What’s the point of advertising offers if they disappear so fast?

"Refund was handled quickly"
I had a couple of items missing from my order, but support got the refund sorted without too much back and forth. It took about a day, which felt reasonable. Based on this one experience, I’d say they seem decent at fixing issues when something goes wrong.

I’ve used morrisons.com a few times recently and the meat has been really good. The chicken breasts were fresh and not all watery, the mince cooked nicely too.
I also tried the fish, which I wasn’t totally sure about at first, but it was better than I expected. I got salmon and cod and both smelled fresh, the dates were decent and there were no leaky packs or anything annoying like that.

The prices seem fair enough to me and the delivery arrived when it was meant to, I can’t really fault it. I’ll probably keep ordering from them for meat and fish...

"Mostly fine... but a few mix-ups!!"
Got my Morrisons delivery today and, most of it was totally fine!! But there were a couple of wrong items, and one thing was missing altogether... which was a bit annoying because I’d planned meals around it. Not the end of the world or anything!!! Delivery itself was okay, no major issues there, just a bit frustrating overall

"Delivery was bang on time"
I had my Morrisons shop delivered this morning and it arrived right in the slot, pretty much to the minute. I was in a bit of a rushed mood at the time, so I really appreciated not having to sit around waiting.

The driver was friendly, quick, and didn’t hang about, which suited me perfectly as I needed to head out shortly after. Everything was packed properly too, so no issues there.

I mainly stick with them because the delivery times have been really reliable for me so far. Can’t complain at all.

"Plenty of options to pick from"
I was mainly looking for something that fit what I needed, and the range made that really easy. There were loads of products to choose from, so I didn’t feel like I had to settle for the first decent option I saw

i mean, I usually have a good experience here. The rolls are fresh and tasty, and the cakes are decent too. Every now and then they can be a little dry, but overall it’s still a solid bakery.

I’ve been happy with the veg most weeks. I guess I expected everything to look supermarket-perfect every time, so there was a bit of a gap there, but overall it’s fresh and tastes good. Now and then a few pieces arrive with bruises, but nothing too major

"Packaging was such a hassle"
Everything showed up squashed, and it was really frustrating. I had to spend extra time dealing with the mess and figuring out what was still okay to use, which felt like way more effort than it should’ve been.
